Responsibilities
Oracle Application R12 – Functional Support as well as technical support of Purchasing, BOM, MRP, Inventory and WIP Modules with additional responsibilities of OM, AR, AP, GL, FA, CM.
Implementation of Approval Hierarchy for Requisition and Purchase Order.
Perform Setup enhancement in above Modules according to user requirement.
Setup Resources, Department, Routing and Account classes in WIP.
Complete setup knowledge of all above modules.
Complete Base Table Structure and relations knowledge of above Modules.
Implement project procedures such as Data Migration, status reporting to Manager, issues resolution.
Prepares user manual and gives presentations to end user personnel for the assigned modules
Oracle Report Builder – Developed Customized Reports of above modules and register these reports.
Creating Value set and Descriptive Flex fields as per requirement.
Personalize Apps 11i Forms Using Personalization
Upload Items, Purchase orders, Receipt, Suppliers, WIP Jobs and BOM by using Interface Tables.
Upload Data in Apps by Using Data Loader
Provide training to end user for PO, INV, BOM, WIP and MRP Modules
Developed Customized Forms using Oracle Form Builder and register these form in Application.
Follow up user requirements functional as well as Technical
Provide Summarize Information of PO, INV, BOM, WIP & MRP modules through Oracle Discoverer 10g.
Functional and table structure knowledge of AP, OM and GL.
Provide user support and month-end / year-end closing support to Finance Department.
Implement localizations, enhancements, interfaces and custom reports;
Develop SQL*Plus queries for custom reporting and data extraction purposes, across entire Oracle Applications modules.
Develop reports using XML Publisher for oracle application.
